This page contains the instructions for activating and installing Drone Harmony.
Account Activation using an Activation Code
If you received an activation code for your account from your dealer you can activate your account in the Drone Harmony Web application as follows:
Navigate to the Drone Harmony Web App.
Create an account (you can use your Google / Apple account, or create one with a custom Username & Password), or log in.
In the Web App, navigate to Menu -> Your Name -> Dashboard. Click on “Use Coupon”. Insert the activation code to activate your license.
Each coupon can only be used once.
Downloading and Installing Drone Harmony Mobile
Installing Drone Harmony Mobile requires to simply load an .apk file on the DJI controller and installing it. In case you are installing on an Android / iOS phone or a tablet, you can also get the app from the Play / App store. Please install the version of the app that is compatible with your hardware setup from this page.
2. Getting Started with Drone Harmony Mobile
Drone Harmony Mobile is Drone Harmony’s mobile application for planning drone flight missions and executing drone flights automatically. It runs on Android devices (phones, tablets, and DJI Smart Controller). With Drone Harmony Mobile you can execute flight missions planned in the Drone Harmony Platform (Web, or Mobile applications).
What drones are supported for flight execution?
Currently, most DJI drones are supported for flight execution with Drone Harmony Mobile.
Installing Drone Harmony on the DJI Smart Controller and RC Pro
Installing Drone Harmony Mobile on DJI Smart Controllers and RC Pro devices is as easy as installing an apk file.
Installation
To install Drone Harmony Mobile on the Smart Controller and RC Pro, follow the following download link in the Smart Controller internet browser:

Install the downloaded file and proceed through the onboarding. You can also transfer the .apk file to the Smart Controller using a USB stick.
Onboarding without Google Accounts
If you authenticate with Drone Harmony using a custom email and password, you can simply use the “Connect Email Account” option and insert your email and password, and complete the onboarding.
Onboarding with Google Accounts
If you are using a Google account to authenticate with Drone Harmony, you will need to take the following few extra steps once, since the Smart Controller does not include Google libraries:
1. Choose the “Connect Google Account” option, enter your email address, and tap “Submit”:
The screen on the Smart Controller will show that the app is awaiting the authentication process to complete:
2. Open your mailbox and click on the link in the email you received from Drone Harmony, titled “Drone Harmony Mobile Sign-in”:
Log into your account using the “Sign in with Google” option. The text in the login window will indicate that you are logging in to validate a sign-in on a mobile device.
After logging in, you will pass the authentication screen on the Smart Controller / RC Pro and can complete the onboarding.
3. Installing Drone Harmony on the DJI Smart Controller and RC Pro

3. Drone Harmony for iOS
You can now plan and execute flights on all iOS devices running iOS 14.0 or later.
The new app can synchronize with the Drone Harmony cloud, load sites, plan and adapt flight plans, and execute missions. It provides the required toolset to plan and execute missions from the Mapping & Inspection and Terrain categories in the flight plan catalog. You can also adapt missions planned in Drone Harmony Web on the iOS mobile device (e.g., gimbal adjustments).
Moreover, missions can currently not be executed in the virtual stick control mode, meaning that some drones (e.g., the Mavic Mini, the Mavic Air 2, and the Spark) and missions that include panorama waypoints, are currently not supported. The support of this flight mode will be included in an upcoming update.

5. Managing Teams in Drone Harmony’s Web and Mobile App
Introduction
Drone Harmony’s team functionality is designed to enhance collaboration and data management for drone operation teams. By centralizing team management and data access, it simplifies workflows and increases productivity.
Team functionality requires a Drone Harmony Enterprise license to use. If you still do not have one or need a trial license, please contact sales@droneharmony.com.
Getting Started
To utilize the team management features, users must first be invited by a team admin. Invitations are sent via email from the Drone Harmony web platform. Upon receiving an invitation, users will find a notification in their email inbox and a prompt to join the team either upon logging into the web app or through a notification under their name on the mobile platform.
Please note that the user doesn’t need to have an active account in Drone Harmony to get an invitation to join the team.The account could be created right after the moment when the invitation is accepted by the user.
Admin Capabilities
As an admin, you have the authority to add or remove team members. This central control ensures that only authorized users can view or edit the team’s membership access, maintaining data security and integrity.
After Joining a Team
Once you accept the invitation, you will be able to:
Switch between teams
Keep your personal account settings regardless of the team choice.
Keep separate tokens (credentials) for Airdata and Drone Logbook for each team member.
Access and contribute to the team’s shared data pool (Sites, Flights, Images, Terrains, Point Clouds, Overlays)
This streamlined process ensures that team members can easily collaborate and manage shared resources efficiently.
How to access the mobile segment of team functionality
In the mobile app, click on your name to access the account menu.
To access the team switch menu, click on this tab marked with an arrow.
In the mobile teams menu, you can accept invitations or switch teams.
To make the team switch process more convenient we have enabled saving of your current state and work that is in progress while switching to another team and switching back on mobile.
