On some new DJI controllers like for DJI M3e, the DJI Pilot app is preset for auto-start, which can cause a known issue with the DJI Pilot app competing for connection to the drone at the start of the Drone Harmony mobile app.
Now there is a solution for this issue, in the settings of your Remote Controller, you should find “apps and notifications” in general settings and find an option “Autostart application selection” as shown in the screenshots below.
We would recommend using the option “None”, but you can select what is the most suitable option for you to auto-start.
